Sandy Benitez writes lyrical poetry & fiction, some under the pen name Sandy Hiss. She also dabbles in digital art. Her fondest memories of childhood are from her years in Germany, volksmarching through various old towns and forests and playing in the vast woods behind her home which contributed to her lifelong love of dark fantasy, fairy tales, magical realism, and the paranormal. Sandy currently resides in Southern California with her family.
